Faulty Goods

If a product is found to be defective in some way please send an email to debbie@desertroses.com.au before sending the item back. After your return has been authorised please send it to us at:

Refunds
We can provide a refund to the original payment method or provide a gift voucher or credit note which can be redeemed on future purchases. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If a product is received faulty (DOA), damaged or you receive the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs.

Our goods come with guarantees in accordance with the guaranteed afforded to you under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns
All change of mind returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and sealed in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in brand new resalable condition within 30 days of the product being collected in store or dispatched from our store for delivered orders. If the product has a tamper-proof seal, it must be intact and undamaged. Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange, and will be held until the customer returns to collect the product or pays for return postage. If return postage is not paid by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it. Restocking fees up to and including 10% may apply. Special order products are excluded from this change of mind returns policy.
